These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, rentals, and services provided by Christal Memories LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or renting our equipment, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment
A. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
B. Final Payment
Full payment is due before or on the day of the event, depending on your invoice.
We accept electronic payments, card payments, and other approved methods.
C. Prices
All prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling policies follow our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Key points:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 0–6 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice and based on availability.

3. Event Requirements
Client agrees to provide:
A. Space Requirements
A minimum space of 8 ft x 8 ft (or as otherwise specified) for setup.
B. Power Outlet
A dedicated power outlet within 10–15 feet of the booth setup location.
C. Venue Access
Adequate access to set up and remove all equipment.
If we cannot set up due to access issues, venue restrictions, or unsafe conditions, no refund will be issued.

4. Use of Equipment
You agree to:
A. Safe Use
Ensure guests treat all equipment, props, and supplies with care.
B. Supervision
Children must be supervised when using our photo booth or props.
C. Damage Fees
You are responsible for:
• Lost items
• Damaged items
• Heavily soiled props or backdrops
Replacement or repair fees will be applied.

5. Photo Booth Operation
A. Technical Issues
If unexpected technical issues arise:
• We will make every effort to fix the problem quickly.
• Refunds are only issued for service time lost due to equipment malfunction (see refund policy).
B. Operating Conditions
We reserve the right to stop operation if:
• Guests become aggressive or unsafe
• Weather conditions threaten equipment (outdoor events)
• Venue denies proper setup
No refunds will be issued in these scenarios.

6. Digital Photos & Media
A. Ownership
You own your personal photos and media.
B. Marketing Use
We will never use your photos for advertising without your written permission.
C. Delivery
Digital galleries, photos, or videos will be delivered electronically within the timeframe stated in your package.
D. Data Storage
We may store your event files temporarily for delivery and support purposes.
You may request deletion at any time.

7. Liability & Safety
A. Client Responsibility
Client is responsible for:
• Ensuring event environment is safe
• Preventing misuse of equipment
• Informing the venue that a photo booth will be present
B. Limitations of Liability
Christal Memories LLC is not liable for:
• Accidents or injuries caused by guest misuse
• Weather-related delays or service limits
• Loss of income, emotional distress, or event-related damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our control, including:
• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Power outages
• Venue emergencies
• Military or government-related emergencies (including for military families)
In such cases, rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost when possible.

9. Changes to Booking
Any changes to:
• Venue
• Time
• Event schedule
• Service package
Must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Changes are subject to availability.

10. Conduct & Behavior
We may end services early without refund if:
• Guests are intentionally damaging equipment
• Guests are intoxicated to the point of creating a hazard
• The environment becomes unsafe or hostile
This is to protect staff, property, and guests.

11. Media Release (Optional)
Clients may sign a separate Media Release Consent Form giving permission for the following:
• Use of event photos for marketing
• Posting on our social media
• Display on our website
This is not mandatory.

By booking with Christal Memories LLC, you agree that:
• You have read these Terms.
• You understand and accept all policies.
• You accept responsibility for your event conditions and equipment use.

1. Booking Deposits
A. Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
All deposits are non-refundable, including for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
B. Applying Deposits
If you reschedule at least 14 days before your event, your deposit may be applied to a new date (subject to availability).

2. Cancellation Policy
A. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
• 14+ days before event:
Deposit is non-refundable, but remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded.
• 7–13 days before event:
Deposit is non-refundable; 50% of remaining balance is refundable.
• 0–6 days before event:
No refunds. Full amount is owed due to loss of date and preparation time.
B. Cancellations Due to Extreme Circumstances
In rare cases such as severe weather, natural disaster, or military emergency, we may offer:
• Rescheduling without penalty
• A partial refund
This is evaluated case-by-case.

3. Refunds for Photo Booth Services
Refunds are not issued after the event once services have been performed unless:
• Equipment malfunction prevents photo booth operation
• We fail to provide the contracted service
If a malfunction occurs:
• A partial refund or rescheduling credit will be offered based on the portion of time lost.
No refunds are issued for:
• Slow internet connection for live galleries
• Guest behavior
• Lighting or space issues not caused by us
• Customer dissatisfaction with poses, attire, or photo content

4. Party Supply Rentals (Props, Backdrops, Equipment)
A. Returns
All rented items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
B. Damage or Missing Items
You may be charged a replacement or repair fee if:
• Items are damaged
• Items are missing
• Items are heavily soiled or stained
Charges will be deducted from your card on file or invoice sent.
C. No Refund for Early Returns
If items are returned earlier than the contracted time, no partial refund is issued.

5. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup
If we arrive and are unable to set up due to:
• Location not ready
• No access
• Venue restrictions
• Lack of power outlet
This is treated as a same-day cancellation and no refund is issued.

6. Digital Files & Galleries
Digital photos, videos, and galleries are non-refundable once delivered.
If files are corrupted or fail to send due to our technical error, we will resend or fix at no cost.

7. Refund Timeframes
If eligible for a refund:
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
• Some banks may take longer to post the refund

If customer or event organizer does not show up at the event location, or we are unable to reach them:
